Estimasi gaji yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan ini cukup kompetitif sekitar Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 5.000.000 (per Bulan). Namun gaji tersebut dapat naik atau turun tergantung dari perusahaan yang memutuskannya.

Deskripsi Lowongan

Mission

Ensure that Margaria products comply with market trends in order to optimize sales performance of all outlets.

Main Responsible

• Ensure that the Merchandising work plan is carried out periodically (annually)
• Evaluate the performance of products across all outlets (for merchandising decisions)
• Manage periodic market research related to trends both regarding patterns, raw materials and fashion products (RTW-Ready To Wear)
• Responsible for ensuring that the products are at the store/outlet in a timely manner and with the desired quantity (volume).
• Ensure the purchasing team that is subordinate to predict trends, planned inventory levels.
• Deciding budget to be allocated and the number and type and quantity of products to be purchased
• Manage and collect all information regarding the products needed, sales realization data, customer requests (both individual and block sales) from all outlets periodically.
• Create competitive Retail Price
• Prepare analyzes of trends regarding the performance of each type of product that has the highest and lowest sales from one outlet to another and during normal or bullish market conditions, seasonal conditions (Holidays, Christmas & New Year or month/day) special day.
• Manage the budget and control its use in managing merchandising activities

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with economics, finance, business, marketing background
• Minimum 5 years retail / merchandising experience in a fashion muslim wear / branded
• Excellent or fluent English skills required
• Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
• A dynamic, results-driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
• Ambition to exceed expectations and rise ranks within the buying division
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
