Supply Planning Manager

This position is based at Integrated Healthcare Indonesia (IHI), a member of Kenvue, located in IHI Site, Jakarta, Indonesia and reports into IHI Supply Planning Lead

What Will You Do

A Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning activities within an organization. They work closely with various departments to develop and implement effective planning strategies, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• The Supply Planning Manager lead production planning, capacity analysis, inventory management and key performance indicators for Integrated Healthcare sites.
• Supply Planning Manager is responsible to drive planning processes within Asia Pacific Region for a business unit/platform. Key responsibilities-
• Responsible in short term and long-term capacity planning and work with teams in resolving key enabler to unlock the capacity.
• To conduct regular, connect between site and market to understand market dynamic and to seek support from both sides.
• Reflect Net requirements Planning to the site master production schedule scheduling including prioritizing site resources in the case of capacity is constraint.
• Design operation, and continued improvement of processes for planning robustness. Leading the blueprint for planning process improvement for supply, with the objective of moving towards autonomous planning, supported by sophisticated analytical capabilities.
• Owning and supervising key supply chain plan-related performance metrics including- OTIF D, UFR, Schedule Attainment, MPSA, and Inventory.
• Periodically evaluate planning system parameters & settings that influence net requirements planning and inventory targets.
• Detailed planning execution so that product is available in the right quantities, and at the right time to service our customers.
• Providing Supply Chain and Commercial leadership with timely reports that advise about service, product availability issues, mitigation actions, and overall planning efficiency assessment.
• Lead and develop planning team member to enable each of the team realize their own potential and advance within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, or related field.
• Relevant work experience of 5 years of planning experience is required.
• Have strong financial analysis and systems skills (SAP, ECC, APO, Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to convey messages clearly, concisely, and effectively is crucial in this role.
• The ability to maintain and improve consistent and sound business processes in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment is required.
• APICS Supply Chain related certification would be an asset.
• Previous experience in leading a team is an asset.
