Responsibilities ?

  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget based on architectural designs and contracts.
  2. Design and Decoration: Leverage your experience in interior decoration to create engaging decor themes for villas, produce decor demos, and manage shopping lists for construction and decor items using design software tools.
  3. Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and clients, responding to inquiries and providing project updates. Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English are essential.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage potential risks associated with the project.
  6. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure the project’s workmanship and materials meet or exceed quality standards.
  7. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of onsite construction personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
  8. Problem-Solving: Address unexpected issues or delays promptly, resolve problems as they arise, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
  9. Sustainability Focus: Ensure all project activities align with Zaya’s commitment to sustainability and environmental care.
  10. Meeting Documentation: Attend and actively participate in project meetings, take detailed notes, and implement requests arising from these discussions.
  11. Supplier Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and coordinate providers and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
  12. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as required, including tasks outside of the construction scope.
  13. Document Creation: Create and maintain materials, documents, and PDFs related to project management and implementation.
  14. Budget Management: Manage, create, and present detailed reports and budgets for each project.
  15. Site Revisions: Conduct regular site revisions and make necessary corrections to ensure projects align with set plans and standards.
  16. System Development: Create and implement systems for efficient and effective project management.
  17. Special Projects: Handle the implementation of special projects requested by the company, even those outside the construction scope.

Requirements ?

  1. Proven Experience and Education: A bachelor’s degree or student in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, interior design, or a related field. Proven experience in construction management, Decor.
  2. Design and Technical Proficiency: Strong ability in creating decor demos, managing design software, and understanding basic construction principles. Competence in creating and reading technical drawings and specifications is necessary.
  3. Superior Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Experience in creating reports, budgets, and implementing systems for efficient project management is highly regarded.
  4. Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in both Bahasa and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, suppliers, and others.
  5. Negotiation and Coordination Abilities: Proven capability to source, negotiate with, and coordinate providers and suppliers effectively.
  6. Outstanding Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Strong Problem-solving Skills: Ability to swiftly make decisions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the quality and consistency of branding and communications.
  8. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship management abilities to maintain and manage interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  9. Reliability: Consistency and reliability in task execution and meeting deadlines is essential in this role.
