  • Consultative Selling approach: Proficiency in consultative selling techniques, with the ability to understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships. Experience in solution-selling or complex business development & sales cycles is an advantage.
  • Experiences: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales and/or HR related fields with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Data Driven: Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and opportunities. Proficiency & passionate in data driven sales in analyzing data and using it to drive sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Sales Strategy Skill: Possess the ability to think strategically and experience in strategic business development & sales planning provides valuable insights when crafting a business development & sales strategy

  • Empathy and emotional intelligence: An active listener who has strong empathy.

  • English proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Education background: Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, marketing, education, and other related fields.

Your responsibilities will be…

  • Act as Company’s Ambassador to introduce Talenesia’s vision, mission, and solutions for businesses.
  • Create a vision on Business development and take a lead in the development of Talenesia’ s business development organization, incentives schemes, processes, tools and systems.
  • Build, execute, and continuously iterate business development & B2B Marketing strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Identify potential clients within the target market who require Talenesia’s B2B solutions. Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, social media, marketing campaign, events, and online research
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for clients to understand their HR challenges or learning gaps.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify areas where HR consulting or L&D interventions can add value and improve organizational performance.
  • Develop customized HR consulting or learning solutions based on the identified needs of clients. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to design and deliver relevant solutions that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
  • Prepare persuasive business proposals and presentations to showcase the benefits and ROI of the HR consulting or L&D solutions.
  • Tailor proposals to address client pain points and highlight the value-added services or programs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients. Ensure that contracts are mutually beneficial and aligned with the business objectives and profitability targets.
  • Monitor and track business development activities, sales pipeline, and key performance metrics. Prepare reports & analyses on sales progress, revenue forecasts, and client feedback. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR consulting and L&D. Conduct market research to identify market opportunities, competitors, and new service offerings that can enhance business growth.
  • Identify potential strategic partners or alliances that can complement the HR consulting or L&D offerings.
  • Collaborate with partners to expand service capabilities, access new markets, and leverage synergies for mutual business growth.
