Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget constraints.
2. Assist clients in selecting venues, vendors, and other wedding-related services.
3. Develop detailed wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and checklists.
4. Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of weddings, including vendor communication, setup, and breakdown.
5. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning and execution process.
6. Stay updated on the latest wedding trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
7. Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and industry professionals.
Candidate’s Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is advantageous.
2. Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a related event planning position.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
5. Detail-oriented, methodical, and creative.
6. Knowledge of wedding industry trends, venues, and vendors.
7. Strong networking and negotiating skills.
8. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
