Responsibilities

• Responsible for researching and sourcing information on prospective candidates from a range of external and internal databases, deep web searching, social media and other means and ensuring that all information is managed appropriately.
• Search for candidates for vacancies using various media and channels for multiple positions.
• Built and maintained an internal talent pipeline database of relevant candidates.
• Managing interview processes between clients and candidates: preparing the candidates for their interviews, scheduling interviews and liaising with the client team.
• Prepare candidate profiles for clients and ensure complete candidate information.
• Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries, and making sure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service.

Requirements

• Freshly graduates from Bachelor’s Degree (Final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
• Must have a “hunter mentality”
• Must have a strong achievement track record (overdelivered and go above and beyond), if your top achievement is graduating from university, please do not apply
• Self-starter, high initiative, and very motivated
• Don’t give up easily upon rejection
• Have a growth mindset
• MUST BE Able to take part in the Interview Screening at the office and at least go to the office 2x per month (Office at South Jakarta)
