Deskripsi Lowongan

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving major breakdown equipment, analyzing, maintaining, and improving the performance of a group of Test handlers: MT99xx, SO1xx, and SO300, and support in equipment spare part management to improve equipment uptime performance to achieve target equipment efficiency to drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) performance and cost improvement.. In your new role, you will:

• Development & qualification of new Test handling & Test contacting solution for IC package (Leaded/Leadless).
• Able to generate analysis failure mode analysis on Test hardware (Test handling, Tester, and contactor) in order to provide feedback to hardware developer.
• Have good knowledge of handling platforms, such as Cohu Gravity feed, Pick & Place, and Turret system.
• Strong understanding of test handling with product testing to improve test cell robustness.
• Be responsible for High power Test contacting and implement solutions for the next generation of Test hardware for new product introduction.
• Have good knowledge of test contact mechanisms interfacing with PCB board application in a tri-temperature environment. Good application knowledge of plating and material engineering will be an advantage.
• Required to understand current production pinpoints and generate ideas to improve the cost of the test.
• Lead FMEA for new equipment and process. Able to utilize it to identify equipment weaknesses and derive solutions for both Quality and Productivity.
• Demonstrate a strong record of new equipment tool up, start-up, and production ramp with handover process to large-scale manufacturing.
• Drive Innovation, Productivity & Quality improvement projects.
• Have 5+ years of experience.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering.
• Candidate is required to possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in test board design application.
• Experienced in Semiconductor Test Gravity handlers – SO1xx.
• Ability to demonstrate self-motivation with a positive mindset.
• Strong communication skills with customers, stakeholders, and managers.
• Strong analytical skills – the ability to identify embedded correlations.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to generate data-based problem statements and success criteria
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
