Job Summary
This role will be responsible for managing employee and industrial relations, including governance & society relations, supporting the employment process in the organization, complying with the principles of industrial relations, and maintaining a conducive working atmosphere in accordance with applicable regulations.
Job Responsibility:
- Resolve and anticipate disputes involving trade unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc
- Manage Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) or PP (Company Regulations) and disseminate them to all employees in the organization according to applicable procedures and regulations
- Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner and create a completed case report
- Follow up on all employee disciplinary actions through all kinds of warnings to resolving industrial cases through discussion or Bipartite
- Follow up reports related to violations of company regulations in collaboration with related parties
- Managing relationships with vendor or third party & ensuring that the Company’s treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives
- Manage governance & social relations related to the principles of industrial relations and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company regulations, SOP and government regulations regarding labor
- Facilitate discussions between management and workers regarding aspects of industrial relations.
Requirement:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Law from reputable University
- Minimum 10 years of experienced in managing employment & industrial relations dispute.
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading a team
- Deep knowledge of UUCK and other regulations related to industrial relations
- Knowledge related to TKA regulations
- Must have Sertifikat Beracara / PERADI License
- Experience in tech industry or consultancy is a plus.
