Deskripsi Lowongan

As a Salesperson for our software engineers out-staffing company, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by acquiring new clients/talents and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients/talents. Your focus will be on selling our software engineering services and solutions to potential customers, including IT companies, startups, and businesses in need of skilled software developers or acquiring engineers themself. You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate leads: Proactively research and identify potential clients/talents in target markets. Utilize various lead generation techniques such as networking, cold calling, online research, and attending industry events.
  2. Sales presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients/talents, highlighting the benefits and value of our software engineering services. Effectively communicate our company’s capabilities, expertise, and competitive advantages.
  3. Relationship building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients/talents. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor by offering industry insights and suggesting appropriate software engineering solutions.
  4. Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients/talents, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. Close sales deals effectively and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Account management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients/talents, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients/talents.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, business development, and project management, to ensure alignment in messaging, lead generation efforts, and client/talents expectations. Provide feedback and insights from the field to help refine our sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry or IT services sector. Experience in selling software engineering out-staffing or consulting services is highly desirable.
  2. Technical knowledge: A solid understanding of software development processes and technologies is beneficial to effectively communicate with potential clients/talents and address their technical inquiries.
  3. Sales skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain client/talent relationships.
  4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Active listening skills to understand client/talent needs and concerns.
  5. Self-motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and drive for results.
  6. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the software industry, out-staffing trends, and competitive landscape. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
