Job Description: Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Balicopter. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, working with leads, managing affiliate relationships, and collaborating with hotels and agents. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our customer base and establishing strong partnerships within the tourism industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with leads, ensuring effective communication and follow-up to convert them into customers.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and develop strategies for lead conversion.
  4. Work closely with affiliates, providing support, training, and incentives to maximize their sales efforts.
  5. Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with hotels and agents, fostering strong partnerships to increase sales opportunities.
  6. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with affiliates, hotels, and agents to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales activities.
  9. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the management team.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the aviation or tourism industry.
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with leads, affiliates, hotels, and agents.
  4. Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
  5. Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Experience in working with leads and managing affiliate programs is preferred.
  8. Familiarity with the hospitality and travel industry is a plus.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  10. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
