Who We Are
Mega Beverindo specializes in selling alcoholic beverages, headquartered in Jakarta region, with same-day shipping across Indonesia. Our proprietary products range from wine, beers, soju, whiskey, and spirits featured in about sourcing tasty wines from sustainable winemakers. We’re also about creating a playful, informative, and delivering excellent service for our customers.
What We’re Looking For:
Responsibilities:
– Involve in overall planning, organizing, and manage client’s portfolios.
– Build a strong relationship with clients and expand clients’ business network, and provide quick response to client inquires.
– Develop and serve portfolio in the Commercial and retail wine store (Business segment).
– Providing consultation, service and solutions to prospective clients.
– Conduct regular review, inspection and after sales service (include helps client fulfillment)
Requirements:
– A passion for the liquor industry, a sense of humour & elevated customer service is a must.
– Be energetic, enthusiastic, and interested in developing skills and knowledge in the industry
– Have some experience in the liquor industry and customer service
– Possess exceptional organisational & time management skills
– Have strong communication skills – verbal & written
– Be ready for a great challenge with huge rewards
– Have a strong work ethic & the ability to show initiative
– Be punctual, reliable & hard-working
– Be willing to work toward store targets and as part of a team to achieve outlet goals set by management
– WSET I or WSET II or equivalent is highly regarded
– Have some retail experience: Retail bottle sales, fine wine store, wine sales representatives, and liquor store sales experience a huge advantage
