Estimasi gaji yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan ini cukup kompetitif sekitar Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 5.000.000 (per Bulan). Namun gaji tersebut dapat naik atau turun tergantung dari perusahaan yang memutuskannya.

- Explore and look into business opportunities and develop territory business plan. Identify clear target market & classification of HCPs and retail customer. Execute, conduct and manage the promotional activities within the prevailing local regulation and corporate policy with the objective to achieve sales target.

- Execute marketing activities such as: symposium, RTD, WSM, product presentation, coordinate with Medical department to get internal / external speaker; visits list of coverage and execute weekly call plan in order to develop existing and new sales
- Maintain relationship with medical communities, conduct activities to support registration of Pfizer product in hospital and/ or institution formulary in the area and update data in order to ensure satisfaction, repeat businesses and/or obtain support from them
- Maintain and refresh product and medical knowledge in order to preserve level of product knowledge
- Monitor competitor’s activities, doctor’s prescription habit, survey of stock, collect stock data and coordinate with distributor in order to ensure marketing program effectiveness and availability of stock
Qualification :
- A Tertiary Degree preferred in Business or Science or a healthcare background (e.g. pharmacist, nurse) with solid knowledge of the industry.
- Curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Analytical skills to identify the connections between data, products and the needs of both Health Care Professionals and patients.
- Written and verbal communication skills to help build trusted, sustainable relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the digital space and a willingness to keep learning and upskilling.
- Strategic thinking and planning to help customers see beyond the day-to-day.
- Agility, adaptability to change and seasoned negotiation skills.
- Commercial and business acumen, managing financial budgets, driving sales and achieving performance measures.
- Can-do attitude and a work ethic underpinned by determination and commitment
- Valid Driver’s Licence
