Estimasi gaji yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan ini cukup kompetitif sekitar Rp 2.300.000 - Rp 6.000.000 (per Bulan). Namun gaji tersebut dapat naik atau turun tergantung dari perusahaan yang memutuskannya.

The regional manager is responsible for operations and partly the administration for 3 estates as per OPG structure.
Responsibilities
1.Proactively engage with estate managers/assistants and guide/assistants and managers to ensure the KPIs and the monthly, quarterly, by annually and annual goals are met. To act as a conduit between GM and Ems to achieve the productivity, cost controls, discipline and optimize the performances of the estates allocated to manage.
To meet these goals following areas should be looked in to.
2 Production
2.1. Crop – To ensure the monthly crop and optimum crop is harvested maintaining the harvesting rounds and the FFB quality standards. The strategies to be developed for this purpose with guidance of GM/VP or monitor and align with the existing strategies, follow monitoring systems and daily monitor the block wise, division wise, estate wise crop intakes. Any delays or any nature or occurrences/ hindrances to crop achievements to overcome to achieve daily targets by fully supporting the team and subordinates.
Ensure the evacuation of FFB is done in time by monitoring the crop evacuation plan.
2.3 Cost:- The RMs should be cost conscious and guide the managers and subordinates to control the expenditure by improving the out puts. Observation to existing practices to be undertaken and should bring the followings to improve and enhance the productivity.
1. Training the subordinates by transforming knowledge/ using the experiences and get assistances from other departments.
2. Bring the required innovation by encouraging the subordinates for innovation and improvements.
2.4 Resources – Should analyse the optimum/ minimum resources need to function and put the resources to optimum usage to reduce waste. This will reduce over usage of resources and will have an impact on reducing cost.
3. Work programmes
Guide managers/assistants to prepare monthly work programmes with the allocations of budgets and ensure the work programmes are carried out efficiently. To monitor this daily progress must be monitored.
3.1 Ensure the managers and assistants are planning the weekly/ daily work deriving from monthly work plan and attend daily/weekly.
3.2. To carry out the above ensure managers / assistants are attending the daily muster and spent required time in the field for proper supervision. Ensure the identification of daily low productive workers and take appropriate action to improve.
3.3. Standards: Guide the managers /assistants to carry out the activities as per the SOP with getting assistances from training/agronomy departments.
3.4. Agriculture standards – Guide the managers/assistants to carry out the activities as per the required agricultural standards/SOP by undertaking the good agricultural practices.
4. Systems and procedures
Ensure the company systems and procedures are followed when carrying all transactions/granting recommendations and approvals for payments etc. Also educate, guide the managers/ assistants and subordinates on same.
Requirements
- 15 to 20 years experience in Palm oil Plantation in a Senior level position.
- Good Leadership Skills
