Estimasi gaji yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan ini cukup kompetitif sekitar Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 10.000.000 (per Bulan). Namun gaji tersebut dapat naik atau turun tergantung dari perusahaan yang memutuskannya.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Managing Director by collaborating with corporate and regional QSHE to communicate and ensure Brenntag Corporate QSHE strategy, guidelines and processes are understood and implemented on all sites and providing sound SHE management advice.
• Plan, design, develop and execute long and short-term plans for implementation.
• Develop and prioritize projects to close any gaps, identify resources (time, people, costs) to execute these projects, and lead the projects from idea to implementation
• Report any Quality and EHS non-conformance, non-compliance, and incidents to local Managing Director and Asia-Pacific QSHE Director.
• Lead a team to prepare and coordinate different types of audits for the certificate accreditations and internal Brenntag site audits/assessments.
• Carry out QSHE training and regular communication sessions such as briefing, updates, changes to all stakeholders.
• Support Commercial Teams with QSHE advisory for any new products in terms of import, export, manufacturing, storage, disposal, distribution and processing requirements.
• Liaison personnel for external interfaces e.g. with government agencies, to ensure licenses, permits, certificates and statutory examinations are maintained and renewed in timely manner e.g., Emergency Response Plan, Transport, Emergency Response Plan, Hazardous Chemicals, Pressurized vessels, etc.
• License/Permit/Certificate holder responsible for stipulated duties accordingly e.g. Safety Officer, Fire Safety Manager, Hazardous Substances Permit Holder, etc.
• Organize, manage and coordinate table-top exercises, drills, exercises for emergency preparedness and response and business continuity plans.
• Improve and update the current ISO 9001: 2008 standards to 9001: 2015;
• Implement ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 systems (in 2019);
• Plan, organize, direct and control all activities related to the quality system including

meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the systems;

• Plan and ensure the effectiveness of internal and external quality audits;
• Evaluate, analyse quality issues and implements systems to identify, track, report and

reduce or eliminate non-conformities;

• Handle customer complaints;
• Communicate with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core

operations;

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all quality, heath and safety environment legislation;
• Prepare documentation and key performance indicators by collecting, analyzing and

summarizing information and trends;

• Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in her/his field of competencies.

YOUR PROFILE

• Has Bachelor or Master’s degree of Occupational Health and Safety and has K3 Umum certification
• Has minimum experience in 10 years working in QSHE and min 5 years as QSHE Manager in chemical distributor/manufacture
• Deep knowledge QSHE in warehouse and office situation
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Quality Processes, Process Safety, Management System, Food Safety standards and Responsible Care codes
• Familiar with and implement relevant international standards, codes and best practices e.g. API, ASME, IEC, GHS, IMDG, NFPA for all sites.
• Experience to lead internal audit and participate external audit
• Willing to working in our warehouse MM2100, Cibitung
