Responsibilities

• To manage product quality issue and communicate with Program on customer requirement.
• To conduct inspection data analysis and define the top problem and conduct meeting to ensure corrective measure is implement
• Assist in the compilation and analyze of quality performance for submission to management for review and discussion
• Assist in conducting Internal Audit
• To ensure quality inspections/ improvement activities are being conducted
• To generate quality related work instruction.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Review customer specification and technical document
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree (Mecahnical/Engineering/Technical)
• Having skills 8D report, 5 whys, RMA
• CAR, Internal Audits, SPC
• Capability reports, CAPA Method
• Min. 5 years experience in PCBA Manufacturing
• Training IATF, VDA, IPA-A-610, J-STD-001
