Perusahaan Huawei membuka lapangan pekerjaan untuk posisi Project Manager FTTH di wilayah Jakarta. Jenis pekerjaan yang kami berikan adalah Full-time.

Kriteria pekerja yang kami butuhkan adalah mempunyai kemampuan Project Management and Information Technology dengan pengalaman Mid-Senior level, serta pekerja yang jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Estimasi gaji yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan ini cukup kompetitif sekitar Rp 2.200.000 - Rp 8.000.000 (per Bulan). Namun gaji tersebut dapat naik atau turun tergantung dari perusahaan yang memutuskannya.

Job Description:

1. Strictly implement the basic principle of “contract-based delivery and budget-based execution” and be responsible for the achievement of project objectives.
2. Focus on customer requirements and perception management, manage and improve customer satisfaction, present delivery value, and promote win-win cooperation between Huawei and customers.
3. Organize efforts to develop project delivery strategies and solutions, and manage the implementation.
4. Be responsible for the project operation in compliance with relevant corporate management regulations and regulations.
5. Make decisions on and control major issues and risks of the project, and escalate issues and risks beyond the control scope of the project team and manage them in a closed-loop manner.
6. Set an example, pass on the company’s core values, and build a high-performing team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in telecommunication, computer, project management, power electronics, automation, energy storage, etc.
2. Min. 5 years experiences in project management in the communications industry.
3. PMs of the engineering project management category in the telecommunications or engineering domain for at least five years and understand FTTH
4. Have worked as the project manager of a large project
5. English & Chinese Fluent preferred
6. Familiar with project management and office tools such as ISDP, MS Office, and Project.
7. Have the capability of delivering medium-scale or large-scale or large-scale and complex projects (level C and above).
8. Be able to communicate with midde-level customer, manage customer requirements and perceptions, and manage customer satisfaction (including customer and account department).
9. Have the capability of team management.
