Estimasi gaji yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan ini cukup kompetitif sekitar Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 4.800.000 (per Bulan). Namun gaji tersebut dapat naik atau turun tergantung dari perusahaan yang memutuskannya.

Function

Located in our dynamic Bali plant, the Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role the development & execution of a world-class production process that enables Diageo to continuously deliver iconic brands to customers around the globe!

This role will require weekly shift rotation, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts.

About The Role

We are looking for a people-oriented Production Supervisor to champion the execution of outstanding production processes by establishing best practices, continuous improvement as well as a safe & engaging team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute production process within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards;
• Lead and execute projects related to Capex in production area by coordinating with Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and cross functionally;
• Conduct loss and waste analysis to implement continuous improvement, continuous set up time reduction and 5S implementation;
• Control and monitor consumable inventories (filter, CIP Chemical, video jet ink). Seek out and execute possibilities for increasing productivity relate to consumable materials;
• Lead by example to be accountable for Tier 1 implementation within the site and shift to deliver world class performance in all aspects of Level 1 KPI (Safety, Quality, Service, Cost).
• Manage the team on conducting best practice, create and provide proper procedures that is align with actual practice in shopfloor;
• Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to;
• Create a psychologically safe environment that promotes teamwork, flexibility and engagement to achieve Employee Productivity;
• Provide ample coaching, training and mentoring to equip team with continuous improvement skillsets and other growth areas;

About You

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering) with at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing process, preferably in FMCG;
• Proven track record in managing people and or small teams and cross functional team working, with experience in coaching teams for success;
• Strong communication and engagement capabilities with ability to influence;
• Knowledge of manufacturing excellence tools and techniques such as 5S, set up time reduction, reliability centred maintenance;
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge in incorporating savings and productivity into the AOP process (i.e. waste & cost savings opportunities);
• Working knowledge of SAP with proficient use of standard business packages (MS Office); and
• Knowledge and understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA), with applicants possessing experience in ISO/HACCP certification to be highly regarded.
