Deskripsi Lowongan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Production Head to oversee the production of our tow products. The Tow Production Head will be responsible for managing the Tow production processes, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards, and that production targets are met.

The incumbent shall assist in executing direction, strategy, planning, setting up production facility and delivery of the company’s product lines and deliverance. He / She shall put in place systems, policies and procedures to meet production yield objectives. He / She shall support the business unit owner and cross-functional units on manufacturing plans, goals, and product innovations.

The role shall oversee production, manage, plan, delegate, and ensure productivity and actualize production plans are maintained at optimum level.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Oversee the overall production process and drive improvement in all aspects, ensuring the effective use of resources, manage and install infrastructure as required including equipment purchase and maintenance.
• Develop and manage the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and manage production processes to ensure that they meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Plan, organize, and oversee production operations, including material procurement, production scheduling, and inventory control.
• Implement systems, policies, and standard procedures on production activities to ensure consistency in high yield in accordance to agreed standard.
• Action-oriented and innovative in leading new process development.
• Develops plans for new areas of technology for the manufacturing functions to ensure and sustain leading edge capabilities as well as develop annual capital expenditure and expense budget.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure that production meets customer demand.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Hire, train, and supervise production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
• Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are maintained and repaired as needed to minimize downtime.
• Enforce and comply with all workplaces, health, and safety regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks by Senior Management (representative/owner of business unit)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures, including inventory control, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of production staff.
• Able to think outside of the box, and to provide profitability proposal to the Senior Management for business growth.
• Possess strong initiative and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Display a can-do attitude with genuine passion and enthusiasm for business excellence.

• Proven track record in manufacturing process development
• Have skills and knowledge in assessing, setting up and maintaining production infrastructure in good order.
