Estimasi gaji yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan ini cukup kompetitif sekitar Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 4.800.000 (per Bulan). Namun gaji tersebut dapat naik atau turun tergantung dari perusahaan yang memutuskannya.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Filling Coordinator ensures safe working conditions for our shift personnel in Filling station. We seek a professional who will maintain our equipment per established guidelines and processes. In this role you will control output and ensure delivery of the finished product in accordance with the established requirements and production plans.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and control the tasks and functions of subordinate staff in filling area for the shift activities.
• Coordinate with external vendor (transporter and packaging supplier) to ensure schedule delivery
• Ensure the product output and liquid delivery meets the required standards, specifications, and other established guidelines.
• Achieve the unit’s key performance indicators and develops activities aimed at their improvement.
• Develop internal standards, procedures, instructions and staff training in accordance with the requirements of the company.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of food safety, safety, quality, productivity, and cost
• Confirmed problem-solving and analytical skills
• Have leadership skill
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Medium proficiency with MS Office & SAP products
