Field Sales Specialist – Oilfield Chemicals

Our family of strongly cationic polymer formulations provide efficient, cost-effective separation, but not limited to refinery and petrochemical processes. In this role , you’ll be responsible for providing onsite services for chemical applications. You’ll maintain chemical application programs and inventory at customers’ sites. You’ll work closely with the customer, following specific procedures to provide ongoing support to assist operations.

As a Field Specialist – Chemicals, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Core Values.
• Providing onsite services by measuring, testing and supervising the running of chemical applications, including technical analysis
• Maintaining chemical application programs on customers’ site facilities
• Maintaining inventory at customers’ sites and coordinating chemical delivery from receiving point to utilization point at sites
• Delivering chemicals and managing chemical programs to support the customers’ requirements
• Ensuring accurately, timely and professional completion of standard service reports and other requirements

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Petroleum or Industrial Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 5 experience in chemical oil treatment, specially within Oilfield Services.
• Have effective organizational and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communicational ability.
• Have good functional/technical expertise with customer focus mindset
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
