JOB PURPOSE
- Support Logistics Manager by maintaining and engaging with Customs related to customs regulation during current special service customs facility called Partnership, claim of fiscal customs facility called KITE Drawback, submission and/or prolongation license documents to the other Local Authority in order to enhance plant logistic process to be more effective and efficient. As well as ensuring the data between internal system (SAP) and customs are synchronize and match each other as state on mandatory customs regulation.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Ensuring the customs activity in plant are met against customs regulation by giving training, consultation, advise to all stake holder in line with the current customs facility Partnership (Mitra Utama).
- Organize claim KITE Drawback as current fiscal customs facility to get collect duty tax import was paid.
- Build and maintain strong relationship and engage with Customs, monitor with stakeholders.
- Lead the utilization value of all customs facility to enhance plant logistic process to be more effective and efficient.
- Monitor periodically all movement/transfer data or stock of material or finished goods in Bayer system are reflected with customs system to avoid of gap finding.
- Interact with customs office to take opportunity for robust existing customs facility (services or fiscal impact) to extraordinary level.
- Lead submission and/or prolongation license to the other Local Authority in related with customs activity.
- Lead Customs Audit
- Coordinate trainings related to Customs Law and Others Regulation topics
- Assist Logistic Manager and support Shipping Operational Associate Manager in related with custom activity.
- Ensure administration, documentation and records are archive on share folder with well.
- Create, review, update and socialize SOP to export/import personnel
- Handle, investigate, address and report complaint related to customs facility
- Perform duties with full responsibilities according to SOP, GMP principle, HSE aspect and compliance guideline.
- Actively participated on saving, avoid waste, reduce complexity and involve in continues improvement in export/import logistic operation to support Bayer’s Operation Excellence initiative.
- Communicate and working closely along team members and superior. Directly report to superior due to any non-conformity and or deviation in export logistic process.
- Perform special and others related duties which assigned by superior. The assignment will be integral part of the job description
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ Technology/ Engineering/ Management
- Customs Expert certified (tersertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan)
- Having 5 years experiences in operation of Logistic, Warehouse, Transportation, and Export-Import field
- Having knowledge in Customs Regulation or in any related.
- good communication skill
- Able to work as individual and in team
- Good analytical thinking
- Have experience / knowledge in managing government affair
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
