Ensuring good execution of all Marketing Activity (that are mostly driven by our Cluster Brand Lead) thru all Sales Team. Propose and executing any other local Marketing Activity that suit with local needs. Engage with relevant external Stakeholders (KOL, etc.).
Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing Activities
- Translate above-market strategies into market-level strategies and executing them in effective, efficient, and timely manner. Make sure those Marketing Activity are relevant to the local context.
- Development of local Marketing Activity targeting both Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and patients, including patient education (if applicable). This is to augment above-market Marketing Activity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at both the local- and cluster-level to review implementation progress of key initiatives, provide insights to gain alignment on challenges, and drive effectiveness to achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for end-to-end process of executing Marketing Activity, including but not limited to managing vendors / agencies and facilitating medical & compliance/ legal review process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at both the local- and cluster-level to review implementation progress of key initiatives, provide insights to gain alignment on challenges, and drive effectiveness to achieve business objectives.
- Development and execution of events throughout all stages of commercialization, including for launch and in-line products / therapeutic areas.
- Deliver on resource, logistical and administrative requirements for promotional resources, activities & events. Including budget/ expense management.
External Stakeholder (KOL, Medical Association and Patient Group) Engagement & Management
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, make proper representation of the company in external meetings, conventions and other network-building opportunities (e.g. medical society meetings, patient society meetings).
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders whose input will be instrumental in building the scientific agendas of meetings and other activities.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacist/ Biology/ Chemistry and Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in Pharma (marketing experience can be defined as product management, product planning experience, or a cross section of marketing support experiences including market research, promotion management, etc.)
- Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving in response to communications challenges and opportunities.
- Analytical skill
- Excellent in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience using Veeva Vault Promomats, CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)
- Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure, especially in a crisis/issue.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and good teamwork.
