Responsibilities
– Actively develop fashion Marketing plans and the fashion and retail/digital campaigns in order to position the Fashion/Retail Brand within a determined target market
– Establish fashion marketing, advertising and customer profile research strategies to ensure the goals of the fashion retail business are met and the fashion brand is portrayed correctly
– Evaluate customer behaviour within the fashion and retail industry the fashion market conditions and analyse competitor data of other Fashion brands within Fashion and Retail
– Will also manage the Commercial Department’s budget and deliver all fashion and retail marketing activity within set budget
– Collaborate with media, agencies and other vendor partners
Requirements
– Bachelor of Marketing Communication/Business Management/Marketing Management, or related field with marketing
– Have an experience min. 2 Years in Branding and Sales Field
– Strong ability to create a plan for long and short-term goals
– Have a strong leadership and Project Management
– Be able to identified and analyze an issues to make an improvement
– Up to date about retail industry
– Placement in Bandung
