As a Pre-sales Solution Architect(GCP/AWS) you should be passionate about helping customers build infrastructures and applications at scale. This role entails having the technical breadth to understand the entire spectrum of infra, data, and application solutions and yet not hesitate to jump deeper and troubleshoot an error on the console. Having strong interpersonal skills, a Solutions Architect will work directly with some of our largest and fastest-growing customers to enable innovation through the continuous deployment of cloud-native technology stacks and advanced cloud solutions.
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure customer success in designing, building, and migrating applications, software, and services from x onto the customers preferred cloud platform (AWS, GCP)
2. Lead deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on the public cloud while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
3. Be a Searce Cloud evangelist. Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of various services and benefits offered by Searce and partner OEMs.
4. Author or otherwise contribute to Searce’s customer-facing publications such as white papers, blogs, and proof of concepts
5. In partnership with the sales team, formulate and execute a sales strategy
to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of cloud platform products and services
6. Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates
7. Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the Cloud solutions architect community
Qualification
1. 6-8 years of experience.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
3. A consultative approach to solving your customer’s business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical and security objections. Problem-solving is in your DNA!
