Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mining Technical Lead to oversee and optimize mining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that mining operations adhere to established standards and procedures, supervising site activities, assisting in annual budget proposal development, and generating reports to support various mining operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mining operations, ensuring compliance with approved mining standards and procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day mining activities at the site, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in the development and formulation of annual budget proposals and activity plans.
• Produce and maintain reports that support mining operations.

Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite at Kutai Timur, East Kalimantan.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical mining operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Must possess valid certifications such as Pengawas Operasional Utama (POU), Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM), and Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP).
• Willing to have roster working scheme
