Job Description
Job Overview:

• Ensuring key functions statistical quality indicators are maintained, monitored and analyzed & reported in timely manner as one of the continuous improvement efforts
• Ensuring Employees within Asia Pacific BU are aware of the Company Charter, their SOPs & or WI and adhering to them during all phases of work through Quality Awareness Training.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform audits (internal and external) as per plan on monthly basis & reporting of timely results /reports.
• Maintain Company certifications and liaise with various certification bodies on arrangement of surveillance/renewal.
• Updating of already established procedures, assisting in preparing new procedures and uploading into ISOxPERT on a timely basis.
• Be an escort to external auditors & corporate auditors during their respective audits.
• Participate & maintain records of all audits performed – like project audits. external audits, extrinsic audit and vendor audits.
• Ensuring key functions statistical quality indicators are maintained, monitored, analyzed and reported timely manner on a regular basis.
• Prepare and coordinate quarterly “Management Review” as per approved procedure.
• Updating Asia Pacific share point site with up-to date KPI and QI reports.
• Performing trend analysis on all report twice a year.
• Prepare and review of procedures and work instructions.
• Assist in revisions of the standard manuals, preparation of the Management Review Meetings, External Surveillance Visits, liaise with internal and external entities on quality related matters.
• Assist in managing a continual improvement process within the company that works with dept heads to set targets, feedback effectiveness of the audit findings and institute ‘Preventive measures’ in collaborations.
• Assist in the preparation of data for Annual Management Review to present effectiveness of the system, areas of reoccurring deficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Accompany all extrinsic auditors, follow up with actions, maintain our licenses and conduct External Surveillance audits.
• Oversee the KPI, QI and Performance Quality process, trend analysis and initiate ground level documentation and understanding for benchmarking and lessons learned within he operating units. Analyze trends measured data to assist in setting target, future planning and in establishing action plans for improvement and effective follow up to verify compliance.
• High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conduct

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6-8 years’ experience in marine construction for the Oil & Gas industry.

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
• Lead Auditor 9001-2015
