Our Location:

Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means “beautiful hill”.

Who We Look For

The Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is currently looking for Assistant Spa Manager. This position reports to the Spa Manager.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Has strong Spa background.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in the service industry
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position
  • Able to operate Opera system.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations
  • Bachelor’s degree or Minimum of Diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Resort’s Spa to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for Spa operation.
  • Help develop and implement the spa’s business plan to achieve desired results in line with company objectives
  • Work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure that all areas of the spa are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and development of spa staff, ensuring that they are providing the highest level of service to guests
  • Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance standards throughout the spa
  • Ensure that all products and supplies needed for spa services are ordered and stocked as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and budget expenditures for the spa department
  • Prepare reports on guest feedback, staff performance, and other operational metrics as requested
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Help develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives for the spa
  • Assist in developing and managing the spa’s budget
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the spa is offering the latest treatments and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager
  • The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
  • Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
