Deskripsi Lowongan

Job Description

Purpose of the Role

  • Develop region logistics strategy including supply network design to support current and new RTM channels and supporting transportation capabilities
  • Develop market warehouse and copack capacity and capability strategy, including Make/Buy decisions, layout, design and automation capabilities.
  • Develop AMEA logistics Digital capability roadmap and deploy across BUs
  • Ensure capability mastery and adoption of best practices across AMEA International Logistics community

Responsibilities

  • ‘Lead supply network design and supporting 3PL capability assessment including capabilities needed to support new channels and categories
  • Lead warehouse layout and design in support of strategic warehouses in the AMEA network including storage solutions, material handling and affordable automation
  • Develop logistics digital capability roadmap and deploy across BUs
  • Drive region Copack efficiency agenda, including continuous improvement, low cost automation and network opportunities
  • Own the logistics innovation pipeline, qualifying solutions to support productivity and sustainability agenda (EV capability development, alternate fuel vehicles etc.)
  • Ensure capability mastery and adoption of best practices across AMEA Logistics community

Requirements

  • ‘Bachelor degree-required, Masters Preferred
  • Min 10 years experience in E2E logistics operations , across AMEA markets
  • Experience in developing, implementing and managing large scale logistics infrastructure (inhouse or 3PL)
  • Proven abilities implementing logistics digital enablers including TMS, WMS, Real time visibility and modeling tools
  • Strong analytical abilities to work with large datasets and develop business insights
  • Strategic thinking plus excellent presentation, communication, influencing and motivational skills
  • Prefer FMCG logistics experience. However will consider transferrable logistics skills from other industries
