Make An Impact/ The Role

As an Account Executive/Sales Manager based in Jakarta you will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, and managing opportunities to closure. Your main objective is to increase Adjust’s market share in Indonesia. You will manage the inbound and outbound demo/leads queue, and enjoy hunting and winning new customer logos! The right candidate has a track record of success and who is looking to further their career in sales with a company that will invest in their professional growth!

Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities

  • Work to achieve maximum account penetration and sales within an assigned territory
  • Manage inbound demo queue & own inbound and maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails & social selling
  • Master qualification and value-based selling using Command of the Message strategies
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape
  • Feedback on market opportunities and trends and play an active role in designing Adjust’s long-term strategy
  • Work closely together with the inbound marketing, partnership and sales teams
  • Attend industry events and leverage partnerships & marketing content to support the top-of-funnel

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of quota carrying and closing experience in similar insides sales roles with SaaS, technology companies or mobile advertising
  • Proven track record of consistent performance and quota attainment
  • Strong selling, competitive objection handling, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and contribute to revenue growth, while being empathetic to customer’s needs
  • Audible-ready seller capable of morphing the sales conversation on the fly depending on who is in the room and what is most important in the moment
  • Adept at using Salesforce.com and other inside sales tools e.g. SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, etc to manage accounts, contacts, and opportunities throughout the sales process
  • Self-motivated and success-driven and willing to collaborate in a team environment
  • Enthusiastic about technology, able to understand and present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Solid communication skills in Bahasa and English
  • Team player with strong people skills
